Iβm so excited to share my newest recipe with you: High-Protein Tom Yum Noodle Soup! Honestly, itβs everything I crave in a comforting winter meal. Itβs brothy, spicy, citrusy, and sooo delicious.

I know many of my East Coast friends and family have been dealing with lots of snow and negative temperatures. This is exactly the kind of soup Iβd be making on repeat in that weather! π₯Ά

Something hot, nourishing, and full of flavor that literally warms you from the inside out.

Thankfully, here in western Washington, weβve had a pretty mild winter with lots of days in the 50s, but Iβll still take any excuse to make a big pot of tom yum soup. π

My tom yum noodle soup is made with homemade bone broth, shrimp, and tofu for plenty of protein (48 g per serving!), plus lots of vegetables and bright flavors from ginger, lime, lemongrass, and fresh herbs. π«πβπ©πΏ

One thing I really love about this recipe is how approachable it is. You donβt need to track down specialty ingredients unless you want to (more on this in the recipe)!

Itβs also gut-friendly and great for meal prep. You can add noodles, skip them, or customize it however you like!
