Hi Reader, β Happy Sunday! I hope you had a nice weekend. π β If youβre looking for healthy, high-protein breakfast ideas for the week that are easy to make and actually keep you full, here are some recipes from my site that work well for busy mornings and meal prep! β
π₯ Avocado Cottage Cheese Toast
This is a simple, protein-rich twist on avocado toast. Cottage cheese adds creaminess and protein, while avocado provides healthy fats. It comes together quickly and can be topped with an egg for extra protein, customized with other toppings like microgreens or tomatoes, and drizzled with balsamic or chili oil (Heraclea chili infused extra-virgin olive oil is my favorite)! β βGet the recipe β‘οΈhttps://heavenlyspiced.com/avocado-cottage-cheese-toast/β

Sourdough discard pancakes with sliced bananas, pure maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon! I like to make a batch of these and keep them in the fridge for snacks and breakfast. This is the recipe I use, and it comes out good every time. β
Jon made us bacon, egg, and cheese + breakfast potatoes with sliced jalapenos. We would have put onion, but we were out. β
